 (1) The explosion-proof box is made of high-strength composite material SMC and is formed by forging and pressing at one time, which has no weak points and strong explosion-proof ability. When an accident occurs in the middle of the cable, the high-pressure airflow, flame and debris generated by the explosion can be limited to the explosion-proof box, which avoids the expansion of the accident and prevents the second disaster!
(2) Corrosion resistance and long life: SMC explosion-proof box has good corrosion resistance, which can effectively resist the corrosion of water, alcohol, electrolytic salt, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium and potassium compound urine, asphalt, various acid and alkali soils, and acid rain. The product itself has good anti-aging performance, and the surface of the product has a protective layer with strong ultraviolet resistance, and the double protection makes the product have higher anti-aging performance; Suitable for all kinds of bad weather, in the environment of -50°C-150°C, it can still maintain good physical and mechanical properties, protection level IP55, long service life, maintenance-free!
(3) The SMC material used has super flame retardant ability.
